Three injured in a shooting in Holbæk, Danish police look at criminal circles

Three people were injured in a shooting in Holbæk, a Danish town in the north-west of the island of Zealand. Police said so, adding that they intervened at several points in the town.

According to initial information the shots were fired inside a residential complex. The suspected perpetrators are thought to have fled by car. Investigators suspect the episode is linked to a clash within criminal circles.

«I feriti non sono in pericolo di vita» (the injured are not in a life-threatening condition), police told the Deutsche Presse-Agentur in the evening.

Holbæk is a port town about 60 kilometres from the capital, Copenhagen. The investigation is under way.
